• InvoiceJournal: the great thing about this is the price. $0 is all it takes for you to send an unlimited number of invoices to all of your clients. It’s web based, giving you all the flexibility any startup owner is looking for. You can even design your templates, allowing you to give the invoice a custom feel.
• Zoho Invoice: the guys from Zoho do things really well. With their invoice software, you’ll be able to track invoices, send quotes, and do basically everything related to keeping track of your business revenues. The plans starts out for free, but you’ll find yourself wanting to upgrade to some of the paid features once you get the hang of this great invoicing tool.
• Pulse: a cash flow management application. Money is the blood of any business, and this gives you the tools to manage all of it, for free. It has great income organization tools, allowing you to organize your income by company, project, add categories to your spending, and other things that will keep even the strictest person happy.
• CurdBee: If you’re running an online store, this is the one you want to check out. It’s a web-based billing application that lets you send out your invoices and then receive your payments through PayPal or Google Checkout. Supporting these online billing tools gives the service great depth and higher quality from its competitors.
