Here are some mistakes that could turn your startup from promise to disaster in almost no time:
• Spreading yourself too thin
• Picking the wrong type of incorporation
• Trusting the wrong people
• Not having a thorough hiring process
• Not making your employees accountable for their actions
• Not collecting your money on time
• Thinking time is on your side
