How to Weather the Economic Storm

The storm will pass, but you need to take some cautionary meassures
- You can’t control the way things are going: If your company decides to go in a new direction to save money, and you’re not along for the ride, you’re going to have to make a decision. Will you stay or will you leave?
- If people don’t know you, then they will not help you: You need to network your socks off. There’s no other way to get known, and once people know you, they’ll start considering you for jobs.
- If you’re thinking about starting a business, a recession is a great time to do so. You might have to work extra hard, but if you make it, then when this whole things goes away, you’ll be set.
- You could go back to school and weather the storm. Maybe when you graduate, things will have gone back to normal
